LET'S GO.......
I haven’t been to a lot of trekking. But each of my trips whether it be with my friends or my family always has an impact on me. I found bliss in trekking when I met Mankothimedu, a small village in the Kerala Tamil Nadu border.

The breeze stammered in the silence, the tall trees in the hillside always throw a defensive look to the dancing green bushes in the brow of the hill. That look embarrassed them, so they always look down like a newly wedded couple. The rocks were not that slippery. We went to the forest through the less took route. The thrones in the sideways scolded us for crushing their friends when we walked. We found a tree in the woods shaped like a fish that watched us calmly, it amazed us a lot. We stopped for some time and went on, to where we don’t know, at last, we found a brook with clear water in the middle of the forest. Mirroring water reflects all our tiredness in our shocked faces. I still remember the wonder I had when I saw the brook. The brook in the middle of the forest and the way to it, were they point to the complications in a man’s life and his happiness after achieving success!!!!!
The twilight in the Western Ghats has an extraordinary impact on us. We saw Tamil Nadu from the pinnacle, lights in every house remind us of the glowing firecrackers in the sky, we were watching those people from the heights far away from them, they don’t know that we are watching them. Man is a different creature. When we were in the hills we thought of others and their feelings but when we go back to the low lands we shrink into ourselves. The trees that gave shelter to us, the thrones that couldn’t stop us, the brook that amazed us, the new way we discovered in the middle of the forest, the brow of the hill that stood I pride, the twilight in hills that weakened us with its beauty all these sights and feelings, words cannot occupy this. You have to experience a vicinity of your own.
